Will Flowers has been a real estate broker in Fort Collins for 20 years, serving as Broker/Owner of The Wentworth Company and recently joining the City of Fort Collins as Senior Real Estate Specialist in the Operations Management Department. Will has been highly active in the community for many years, serving in many roles on both private and public boards and commissions. Will’s love of Fort Collins is evident in the list of boards and commissions he has served on, and in his desire to maintain his home in Fort Collins.

Will grew up in Fort Collins, attending Poudre High School, before studying architecture at Montana State University. After returning to Fort Collins, he attended Colorado State University and then began working with local home builders in their design and customer relations departments. After assisting in the conversion of apartment complexes into condos for purchase, Will entered conventional real estate practice. It was here that he built his strong customer base and along with his husband Kevin, began forming relationships with local municipal, state, and national leaders. Growing in their service to the community and to fair housing overall, Will and Kevin have participated in the real estate business together for over 18 years.

Will has been actively involved in supporting local arts and culture for many years. Serving on the City of Fort Collins, Cultural Resources Board for 8 years, as Chair of the Board for 5. Will was instrumental in developing strategic plans for future growth and financial security for the CuRB. Will lead the CuRB through the COVID pandemic and along with the extraordinary City staff, helped to maintain previous years’ funding numbers for our local non-profit arts & culture organizations. Will has also been very active with the Colorado Association of Realtors for many years. With CAR, Will has served on the prestigious Legislative Policy Committee and as Chair of CARPAC (Colorado Association of Realtors – Political Action Committee, as well as helping to establish and lead the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In these roles, Will helped to advocate for sensible housing policy and lobby for helpful and against harmful bills at the state and national levels. In 2021, he helped draft, promote, and see passed the CAR Century of Opportunity bills, a package of housing and financial education bills that will have a positive impact on our state for decades to come. Will & Kevin are also ardent supporters of local music as well as the visual arts. They have been underwriters for KRFC 88.9 Radio Fort Collins for several years.
